When your organization adds on our Remote Therapeutic Monitoring solution, you'll need to choose which clinics to enable RTM for. This gives you the flexibility to start with a small group of clinicians as you learn your RTM workflow, or roll it out to everyone at once.
Note: This action can only be completed by an organization administrator.
You'll need to navigate to your organization settings to enable RTM at your clinics.
- From your MedBridge Dashboard, hover over My Practice and select Settings.
- Scroll down to the RTM Clinic Configurations section.
- Toggle the switch from gray to blue for any clinics you'd like to enable RTM at.
- You can use the checkbox next to each clinic name to make bulk edits.
Once you enable RTM at a clinic, clinicians at that clinic will be able to enroll any of their patients in RTM.
If you disable RTM at a clinic, new patients will not be able to have RTM enabled for them. Any patients who have already had RTM enabled will continue to have RTM access. If RTM is disabled for a patient after RTM is disabled at the clinic, RTM cannot be re-enabled for that patient.
