If your organization uses HEP Lite, unfortunately, if a provider is removed from an organization for any reason, any programs they created will no longer be accessible by any user. If you search for that program's access code, no results will be returned.
If your organization uses our standard HEP offering, you still access patients created by a clinician that has been removed as long as patient sharing is enabled.
