Any time you build an exercise program for your patients, you can customize the parameters to fit that patient's specific needs. But to help you build programs faster, you can also set a default exercise frequency for all your exercises.
To get started, log in to the MedBridge HEP Builder.
- From your dashboard, hover over Patient Engagement and select Home Exercise Programs.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Scroll down to Default HEP Parameters. Here you can set the daily and weekly frequency for all exercises as well as the default number of sets and reps.
- You can also enter a default hold time, or add a new customer parameter.
- When you're done, select Update Default Parameters.
You can always revert these to the MedBridge default (1x daily, 7x weekly, 10 reps, 3 sets).
