The patient access code is an 8-digit code specific to a patient's home program. When a provider creates a program with Medbridge, a unique code will be created. The patient will need to enter that code in the Medbridge GO app or Patient Portal in order to access their program.
If you're a provider using HEP Lite, you'll only be able to access your patients' program via the access code, so it's important to save the access code in your EMR. You can visit the access code tab and enter the code to edit a patient's program if needed.
You can view all your access codes from the access code tab. If you did not save your patient's access code in your EMR, you can view recently created programs from this page and recover the access code.
