Courses
Below are the listed disciplines that require a minimum passing score. Unless specified within a course, no minimum score is required for all other disciplines.
Long Term Care Administrators (LTC), Occupational Therapists (OT) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) are required to score an average of 70% or higher across all learning assessments in the course in order to receive credit.
Social Workers (SW) are required to score an average of 80% or higher across all learning assessments in the course in order to receive credit.
As a LTC, OT, RT, COTA or SW, your course tracks your average score every time you complete a learning assessment. To boost your average score, you may retake any learning assessment.
Webinars
All CE webinars require a minimum pass score of 70%. If you do not receive a minimum of 70% on the quiz, you'l be prompted to take the quiz again.
PT - Ethics states (TN, HI)
Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who want to meet Tennessee Ethics/Jurisprudence or Hawaii Jurisprudence requirements must meet a score of 80% or higher to pass. Course scores are checked once a week and manually generated certificates will be emailed.
What if I need to retake the quiz?
LTC/OT/SW/ Webinars:
OT courses, LTC courses, and webinar learning assessments that score less than 70% will be prompted to retake the quiz after the last question.
SW courses that score less than 80% will be prompted to retake the quiz after the last question.
Other Disciplines and Courses:
All other disciplines do not require a minimum score to earn credit for the course you complete. As long as you've completed the learning assessment, you'll be able to print your certificate of completion.
