Below are the listed disciplines that require a minimum passing score. Unless specified within a course, no minimum score is required for all other disciplines.
- Long Term Care Administrators (LTC), Occupational Therapists (OT), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA) are required to score an average of 70% or higher across all learning assessments in the course in order to receive credit.
- Social Workers (SW) are required to score an average of 80% or higher across all learning assessments in the course in order to receive credit.
- As an LTC, OT, RT, COTA, or SW, your course tracks your average score every time you complete a learning assessment. To boost your average score, you may retake any learning assessment.
All CE webinars require a minimum pass score of 70%. If you do not receive a minimum of 70% on the quiz, you'll be prompted to take the quiz again.
PT - TN and HI Ethics & Jurisprudence Requirement
Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who want to meet the Tennessee Ethics/ Jurisprudence or the Hawaii Jurisprudence requirements must meet the completion requirements set forth by the individual boards which include passing the quizzes with an average score of 80% or higher. Course scores are checked on a weekly basis and official certificates are emailed to your email address on your MedBridge profile.
What if I need to retake the quiz?
OT courses, LTC courses, and webinar learning assessments that score less than 70% will be prompted to retake the quiz after the last question.
SW courses that score less than 80% will be prompted to retake the quiz after the last question.
Other Disciplines and Courses:
All other disciplines do not require a minimum score to earn credit for the course you complete. As long as you've completed the learning assessment, you'll be able to print your certificate of completion.
