Individual Subscribers
Once you have set up your HEP profile on the MedBridge site, only our support team is able to edit your practice name and address.
You may, however, edit your logo.
To update your practice name and/or your address, please contact our Support team.
Clinic Accounts
If you are under a clinic account, your administrator has the ability to change the HEP patient portal name, subdomain, and logo. They also have the ability to change other practice information such as addresses.
If you are an administrator for your organization, you can change the information by going to the “My Practice” tab and clicking “Settings”. On the brand settings page, click the “Edit button” next to your clinic name.
