PT CEU Requirements:
Current PT’s must complete 40 hours of continuing education every two years. License expires June 1 every odd numbered year. PT's must also complete 2 hours in Ethics.

OT CEU Requirements:
Current OT’s must complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years. License expires May 31 every odd numbered year. OT's must also complete 2 hours in Ethics.

SLP CEU Requirements:
Current SLP’s must complete 20 hours of continuing education every two years. License expires May 31 every odd numbered year.
- State Licensing Board: Board of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
RN CEU Requirements:
Current RN’s must complete 15 hours of continuing education and 200 practice hours or 30 hours of continuing education every two years. License expires January 31 every odd numbered year. RN's must also complete 1 of the online suicide prevention trainings provided by Utah.
