My screen froze/video will not play:

I couldn’t submit the poll answers in time, how do I submit them now?
Typically poll questions are offered in real time and you are only able to answer when the poll is open. Poll questions do not count towards your attendance.
The audio is lagging/does not match the presenter:

It is also possible this is an issue with the connection on our end, which we start troubleshooting immediately. Once this issue has been resolved, the live feed may stop temporarily, if this happens please refresh your screen.
Will this be posted online after it airs?
Live webinars are typically posted in our course catalog 2-3 weeks after they air. Once the course is ready, it can be found by searching for the instructor within our course catalog. For free, non-accredited webinars, you can watch them again here.
I was late to the webinar, will I still receive credit?
Please contact Support to let them know if you were late or had any technical difficulties starting the Webinar. They will pass all relevant information on to our Webinar team, who will take this into consideration while processing attendance after the Webinar has ended.
Can I watch from the MedBridge app?
You can watch MedBridge Live Webinars on any device through your device’s browser, no app download required. To access the webinar on your device, open the personalized link that you received in emails from ON24 in your device’s browser.
