In today’s increasingly multicultural society, the ability to appreciate, respect, and understand the diverse cultures and communities we serve is an essential part of healthcare service. Recognizing this, healthcare organizations like yours are taking the proactive step to educate their staff on diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA).
As more federal agencies, states, and accrediting bodies begin to adopt health equity requirements, the need for high-quality, impactful training is increasing. Our new compliance DEIA curriculum is designed to help healthcare staff at all levels better understand how to practically implement these principles in their everyday interactions with patients and colleagues alike.
