PT:
Current PT’s must complete 40 hours of continuing education every year. License expires February 1 of odd years. PT's also need 2 hours of LGBTQ Cultural Competency and 4 hours of DC Public Health Priorities for each renewal.

OT:
Current OT’s must complete 24 contact hours every 2 years. License expires July 31 of even years. OT's also need 2 hours of LGBTQ Cultural Competency.

SLP:
Current SLP’s must complete 20 hours of continuing education each year. License expire every two years. SLP's also need 1 hour of Ethics for each renewal.
- Recommended Courses: Current Applications of Ethics for SLP and OT Professionals
- State Licensing Board: DC Board of Speech Pathologists
RN:
Current RN's must complete 24 hours of continuing education every two years. License expires on June 30 of even years. RN's must also complete 2 hours in LGBTQ Cultural Competency and 3 hours in HIV/AIDs training or directors topics.
