In this article, you will find state licensure requirements for the state of Colorado along with our recommended courses that may meet the state requirements. as

PT:

Current PT’s must complete 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years. License expires November 1 of even years.

State Licensing Board: Colorado State Physical Therapy Board

OT:

Current OT’s must complete 24 contact hours every 2 years. License expires December 31 of even years.

State Licensing Board: Colorado Office of Occupational Therapy

SLP:

Current SLP’s must complete 10 hours of continuing education each year. License expire November 30 of each year.

State Licensing Board: Colorado Office of Speech-Language Pathology

RN:

Current RN’s do not have a continuing education requirement at this time. License renewal is every two years on the license date.
