If you're a Medbridge Administrator, it's easy to add and remove users. This article will walk you through everything you need to do to manage subscriptions and users at your organization. Use the links below to jump to the section you need.

Adding a New User and Assigning a Subscription
- Go to the Organization Summary page. Hover over My Practice and select Org Management.
- Click Add User.
- Enter the user's email, name, and other info.
- Assign the user to a clinic, then click continue.
- Review and confirm the user's details, then click continue.
- An account for the user has been created, but they will not automatically be assigned a subscription. To assign a subscription, select Assign Subscription.
- Choose a subscription type. Learn more about Subscription Types.
- Click Assign.
Your new user will receive an activation email when they have been assigned a subscription. When they click the activation link in that email, they can create their account and start using Medbridge.

Assigning a Subscription to an Existing User
If you need to assign a subscription to an existing Medbridge user, you can do so from the Organization Summary page.
- Hover over My Practice and select Org Management.
- Select Assign Subscription.
- Search for the user's name and select it from the list.
- Select Assign Subscription.
- Choose a subscription type. Learn more about Subscription Types.
- Click Assign.
Your new user will receive an activation email when they have been assigned a subscription. When they click the activation link in that email, they can create their account and start using Medbridge.
Changing a User's Subscription Type
If you need to change the type of subscription a user has, you can do so from the People page.
- Hover over My Practice and select People.
- Search for and select the user's name.
- Select Edit under "Subscription Manager."
- Select Replace Subscription and choose a new subscription type. Learn more about Subscription Types.
- Click Assign.
Removing a User's Subscription
If a user no longer needs access to Medbridge, you can remove their subscription.
- Go to the "People" page. Hover over My Practice and select People.
- Search for and select the user's name.
- Select Edit under "Subscription Manager."
- Select Remove Subscription, then click Unassign.
If you need to completely remove this user from Medbridge, select Remove User. You’ll be prompted to confirm this decision on the user’s profile page. Note that if the user has access to the Home Exercise Program, any custom content the user is sharing with the organization will no longer be accessible to users.
