Once you’ve identified a patient who is eligible for reimbursement with one of the RTM codes, you can generate an activity report from the patient’s profile.
- From the RTM Reporting page, select the patient’s name and click the “Patient Profile” link.
- Select “View Details.”
- In the RTM Milestone Report drawer, you’ll see a section for each of the billing codes. For any of the codes who have achieved their milestones and are ready to bill, you’ll see a blue document icon. Select that icon to generate a RTM activity log you can use for billing documentation.
- This report will automatically be filtered to the appropriate interval date range. It will show all patient and provider activity within that date range. You can copy this to your clipboard and paste it into your EMR, or download it as a PDF.
