Question: I'm trying to figure out if one of my clinicians has been set up with a subscription - how can I figure this out?
Answer: You can always search for a clinician in your hierarchy with the search bar in the upper left-hand corner by navigating to Org Management under your My Practice tab. If you can't find a profile for your clinician, they do not yet have an account. If you do find their profile, check to ensure they have a "Subscription" label under their name in the hierarchy tree (see example below).
Use the search bar to find clinicians in your hierarchy tree.
You know your clinician has a subscription assigned to them because he/she will have a "Subscription" label below their name in the hierarchy tree. This subscription label may be green or grey.
Question: How many subscriptions do I have available to assign?
Answer: Hierarchy's "Subscription View" is designed to show you in an easily digestible visual way the breakdown of how many subscriptions your organization has in-use and how many are available for assignment. To get to "Subscription View", click on the right-hand side of the Hierarchy page next to Choose View and select "Subscription".
Next, click the "View My Subscriptions" button under 'Subscription Quick Actions' on the left-hand side.
Boom! You should now see a pie chart displaying how many subscriptions your organization owns (in total) and how many of those are in-use vs. available for assignment.
Question: I can't rotate a subscription - why is that?
Answer: You may be attempting to rotate a subscription you don't own or have access to rotating. In this case, the person you're trying to rotate will appear with a grey subscription label below their name in the hierarchy tree (see example below).
Question: My clinician recently changed her last name and I need to update her name and email address. How can I do this?
Answer: For any name, email address, or location changes, we ask our practice partners to contact us. Please email MedBridge Support or call (206) 822-6116.
