How do I re-assign a subscription to a different user?

If you need to assign a subscription to another clinician, it’s easy to do so using our Organization Management tools.

For example, you may need to re-assign a subscription if Clinician A has left your organization and you need to assign their subscription to Clinician B. You can do so by first removing the subscription from Clinician A and then assigning a subscription to Clinician B.

Removing a Subscription

To remove a subscription from Clinician A,

1. Navigate to the People page by hovering over My Practice and selecting “People.”
2. Use the search bar to find Clinician A and select their name.
3. In the Subscription Manager panel, select “Edit.”
4. Select “Remove Subscription” and select “Continue.”
5. On the next screen, select “Unassign” to confirm the removal.

If you’d also like to remove Clinician A from your organization, you can do so by selecting “Profile Page.” 

Assigning a Subscription

To assign a subscription to Clinician B,

1. Navigate to the People page by hovering over My Practice and selecting “People.”
2. Use the search bar to find Clinician B and select their name.
3. In the Subscription Manager panel, select “Assign Subscription.”
4. Choose the Subscription Type you would like to assign. You’ll be able to select from all the subscriptions you currently have available. Then, select "Continue."
5. On the next screen, select “Assign” to confirm the assignment.

Once a subscription has been assigned, Clinician B will automatically receive an email with a link to activate their account.
