If you need to assign a subscription to another clinician, it’s easy to do so using our Organization Management tools.
For example, you may need to re-assign a subscription if Clinician A has left your organization and you need to assign their subscription to Clinician B. You can do so by first removing the subscription from Clinician A and then assigning a subscription to Clinician B.
Removing a Subscription
To remove a subscription from Clinician A,
- Navigate to the People page by hovering over My Practice and selecting “People.”
- Use the search bar to find Clinician A and select their name.
- In the Subscription Manager panel, select “Edit.”
- Select “Remove Subscription” and select “Continue.”
- On the next screen, select “Unassign” to confirm the removal.
If you’d also like to remove Clinician A from your organization, you can do so by selecting “Profile Page.”
Assigning a Subscription
To assign a subscription to Clinician B,
- Navigate to the People page by hovering over My Practice and selecting “People.”
- Use the search bar to find Clinician B and select their name.
- In the Subscription Manager panel, select “Assign Subscription.”
- Choose the Subscription Type you would like to assign. You’ll be able to select from all the subscriptions you currently have available. Then, select "Continue."
- On the next screen, select “Assign” to confirm the assignment.
Once a subscription has been assigned, Clinician B will automatically receive an email with a link to activate their account.
