Exercise Recommendation Engine
Save time and follow best practices with our newest feature—the Exercise Recommendation Engine! Now, as you add new exercises to a patient’s home exercise program, our algorithm will highlight other exercises your colleagues frequently assign with those exercises, making it easier to find the right exercise and reducing the need to search.
Build the perfect program for every patient with the MedBridge Exercise Recommendation Engine. Check out exercise recommendations the next time you access the HEP Builder.

New HEP Features for Organization Subscriptions
Providers at organizations with HEP subscriptions can add patients to MedBridge, review adherence activity, send messages, and more. This quarter, we’ve enhanced our messaging platform and introduced a new Care Teams feature, giving you new ways to engage your patients.
Note: The following features are not available for organizations with HEP Lite. Request a demo for your organization to learn more.
Connect Directly With Your Patients
Connecting with your patients between visits is now even easier! Rather than calling or sending an email, you can now message your patients directly via the MedBridge platform to check in and keep them engaged.

Collaboratively Care for Patients With New Care Teams Feature
With Care Teams, you can now improve care coordination by assigning multiple providers to a patient’s episode of care. All providers in that team will receive a notification when a patient sends a message, ensuring the patient gets the appropriate follow-up as quickly as possible.

Get More Insights From Patients With Simplified Activity Logging
It’s even easier for patients to log activity in the MedBridge Go app. Patients can log activity without viewing their exercise program by tapping logging activity and choosing today’s day or any date in the past. You can use this data to track patient progress and update their program based on their evolving needs.
Share these resources with your patients to help them get the most out of the MedBridge Go app.
Remote Therapeutic Monitoring Updates
For organizations using remote therapeutic monitoring, we’ve overhauled our RTM dashboards and built a new onboarding experience to help set expectations for patients. Read on to learn more about these updates.

We’ve also added a monthly threshold report to make it easier to pull reimbursement data each month.
