Connecting with your patients between visits is now even easier! Rather than calling or sending an email, clinicians can now message their patients directly via the MedBridge platform to check in and keep them engaged.
Collaboratively Care for Patients With New Care Teams Feature
With Care Teams, you can now assign multiple providers to a patient’s episode of care. All providers in that team will receive a notification when a patient sends a message, ensuring the patient gets the appropriate follow up as quickly as possible.

Gain new insights into patient progress with our new RTM dashboards. We’ve created enrollment, engagement, and activation dashboards so you can quickly determine which patients are on track and which need a follow up.
We’ve also added a monthly threshold report to make it easier to pull reimbursement data each month.
