In this article, we’ll review how to log your RTM activity so you can be reimbursed for the time spent providing remote treatment and monitoring.
Logging Provider Activity
When you’ve finished reviewing adherence data, sending messages, and making program updates, you’ll need to log the time you’ve spent so you can be reimbursed. To do this, start by returning to the patient profile.
- From the patient profile, scroll to the RTM Milestone Alerts section and select Log Activity.
- Enter the activity type, and the date, and enter the duration in minutes. You can also optionally add a note about which activities you performed.
- Select Log Activity.
This information will be stored within MedBridge so you can easily generate a summary of patient and provider activity when you’re ready to bill for RTM.
