Medbridge makes it easy to track your patients' adherence with their Home Exercise program. In this article, we'll show you how to track how many times your patients have accessed their HEP.
The workflow you use depends on if you have our standard HEP Builder or HEP Lite. Learn more about the different types of HEP subscriptions.
Standard HEP Builder
- Sign in to Medbridge.
- Hover over Patient Engagement and select Home Exercise Programs to be taken to your Patient List.
- From this screen, you can see how many times your patients have signed in under the Sign Ins column. For more details, select the patient's name.
- For more details about your patient's adherence, select View Details. From this screen, you can see their overall adherence, how many sets and reps they've logged, and if they've reported any pain or difficulty.
HEP Lite
- Sign in to Medbridge.
- Hover over Patient Engagement and select Home Exercise Programs to be taken to your Patient List.
- Select the Access Codes tab.
- From this screen, you can see how many times patients have logged in to each access code and the last time they logged in. You will not be able to see how many sets and reps were completed.
Remember that with HEP Lite, each program is only saved with an access code, so you'll need to document the Access Code within your EMR to determine which patient is associated with each code. Upgrading to the standard HEP associates each program with a specific patient, making it easier to monitor adherence.
