If any of your employees take temporary leave, you can differentiate them in your MedBridge roster and manage Knowledge Tracks for them, so they do not confuse your reporting on overdue users. This will enable you to keep your Knowledge Track assignments clean and organized.
You will be able to mark users as “on leave” and then remove this status when they return from leave. You will be able to manage this status on the People tab of My Practice.
To change the status of the user from "Active" to "On-Leave" or vice versa:
1. Click on the name of the user. This will open a new tab in your browser that takes you to the user's profile page.
2. Click on Edit.
3. Scroll down to On-Leave Status and select the drop-down menu, then Change Status to update the status of the user.
When you assign a Knowledge Track, “on leave” users will be assigned the track but will not be given a due date.
Once the user’s “on leave” status is removed, the creator of the Knowledge Track will be notified and can add a due date for the Track at that time.
