Product and Feature Updates
NEW! Reassign Courses in Knowledge Tracks
Admins can now reassign courses even if a user has completed it in the past. This will allow you to reassign yearly compliance courses or re-train your team on previously assigned subjects without creating a new track each time. Learn more here.
Updated RTM Reporting - Activity Days
We’re adding *patient activity day counts to clinician reporting and RTM Analytics Dashboard to give a more accurate picture of HEP engagement and make it easier to know when you can submit an RTM episode for reimbursement.
*Activity days are the count of days where a patient logged adherence (current or in the past).
Updated RTM Reporting - Admin Activation Visualization
Organizations can now more easily monitor RTM episode creation and activation from the RTM Analytics Summary page. Organizations can monitor 4-week and monthly trends for those metrics.
